This year, and for the next two years through 2026, the UIM Motosurf World Championship will kickoff its season in Fujairah, UAE.
Partnership contract signed between Fujairah International Marine Sports Club and Mr. Martin Jancalek, UIM MotoSurf World Championship promoter, defines Fujairah as home of the opening round of the UIM MotoSurf World Championship for three consecutive seasons. The inaugural race – UIM MotoSurf Fujairah GP, will open the 2024 campaign on 18th – 20th April. The upcoming season sets a milestone for MotoSurf as 2024 has been defined as the qualification year for the World Games 2025.
Established in 1922, the Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM) is the world governing body for all Powerboating activities including Motosurf. It is fully recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and is a member of the Association of the IOC. The UIM has 63 affiliated National Federations.
